The Heart & Soul Project exists to heal humanity by restoring heart coherence — within individuals, families nature and communities.

At The Heart & Soul Project, we believe humanity is meant to thrive—not merely survive. Our 10-acre forested sanctuary in Vernon, Florida is being developed into one of the world’s first Human Coherence Sanctuaries—a living ecosystem designed to reconnect people with nature, with community, and with the intelligence of their own hearts.

This land is not built around “fixing” brokenness. It is built to amplify wholeness. We invite people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life to experience what happens when we step into harmony with ourselves and the world around us—when gardens, bees, water, trees, and human hearts enter coherence together.

Healing Through Heart-Brain Coherence

We use evidence-based techniques that calm the nervous system, and restore emotional balance — especially for veterans facing PTSD and children experiencing anxiety or instability.

Nature as Medicine

Our programs will take place on sacred land designed for healing — where clean water, quiet forest paths, and connection with the earth help veterans and youth reconnect with safety, peace, and their own inner strength.

Community Coherence & Connection

Healing accelerates in connection.
We will teach simple, powerful practices that build resilience, compassion, and unity — strengthening families and creating a ripple of coherence that benefits entire communities.

Together we recharge humanity by cultivating heart coherence—within individuals, within nature, and within community—creating a living field of love that nourishes the Earth and everyone who touches it. We integrate leading-edge coherence science, regenerative ecology, and human connection to create a sanctuary of emotional clarity, nervous system harmony, and soul-level renewal.
